Shiki Ryuugi, a cold and isolated girl living in an empty apartment, suspects that supernatural phenomena are involved in these inexplicable events. Shiki, who herself possesses mysterious powers, teams up with Toko Aozaki, a doll maker, and Toko’s assistant, Mikiya Kotofuji, to uncover the truth behind the cases.
