After a series of lairs filled with Upper Rank Demons, the Ubuyashiki clan is now preparing to eliminate Muzan and his Shitani army once and for all. To defeat this enemy, they have set up a training camp for all their soldiers, run by their top-level warriors, the Hashira. Each Hashira is providing separate and solid training to ensure they become seasoned soldiers.

Amidst all this, Tanjirou Kamado is still recovering from the wounds sustained in his previous lair. While his half-demon sister Nezuko is being researched by great figures, Tanjiro wastes no time in training with every Hashira. He wants to learn everything because he has sworn to destroy Muzan with his own hands.

Kafka and his childhood friend Mina had vowed to kill monsters (Kaiju) when they grew up. But as fate would have it, Mina became a high-ranking officer, while poor 32-year-old Kafka is working a job cleaning up the garbage of dead monsters. Then he meets a new friend, Reno, who reminds him of his old dream.

One day, a monster attacks both of them. Kafka saves it but ends up in the hospital himself. Suddenly, a small insect enters him, and Kafka himself becomes a monster—but his mind remains human. The army has now named him “Kaijū No. 8.” Kafka decides to use his powers for good and, along with Reno, attempts to rejoin the army so he can be with Mina.

Rimuru Tempest emerges victorious after his confrontation with Demon Lord Clayman. With Diablo’s help, the war against the Falmuth Empire ends definitively in Rimuru’s favor. Fueled by increased migration and integration of the Jura Forest, Tempest City experiences rapid growth.

Rimuru’s victory changes the balance of power, ushering in a new era of peace; however, timing is another matter. Yuuki Kagurazaka and Kazalim conspire with the Harlequin Alliance to bring about Rimuru’s downfall. Furthermore, the Western Holy Church continues its relentless crusade against Rimuru and his non-human subjects. Friends and enemies engage in a battle of wits, carefully advancing their agendas without disrupting the cozy status quo. But when the first domino inevitably falls, the race to victory will begin.
