Despite being on a family trip to a spa resort, Kazuya Kinoshita doesn’t seem to be able to move forward with his rental girlfriend, Chizuru Ichinose. After receiving strange signals from Chizuru, Kazuya decides to return to Tokyo and put an end to this fake relationship once and for all.

Mami suddenly exposes their fake relationship in front of everyone, causing a commotion among Kazuya’s family and friends.
