Meet Issei Hyoudou, an ordinary high school student whose sole purpose in life is to seduce girls and build his own “harem.” He thinks his luck has run out when a beautiful girl asks him out on a date, but that date turns out to be the last night of his life when the girl unleashes a “Fallen Angel” and murders Issei. But the story doesn’t end there! Issei is brought back from the jaws of death by his school’s most famous and beautiful senior, Rias Gremory.
Rias is actually a high-level “Devil” (sheitanya) who resurrects Issei by making him her slave (servant). Now Issei is part of the school’s “Occult Research Club” and must undergo rigorous training to survive in this turbulent world of angels and demons. Each new adventure throws Issei into strange, dangerous, and strange situations, where he must discover his new powers and keep a big secret from his family. Can a simple boy find his place amidst this immense rivalry?
