Atsushi is expelled from his orphanage on the pretext that a “strange tiger” is troubling everyone because of him. Homeless and hungry, Atsushi wanders the city when he meets Osamu Dazai—a detective with a strange hobby of playing with death.
Dazai is on the hunt for that tiger, and when the truth is revealed, Atsushi’s life changes forever. He is forced to join Dazai’s “Supernatural Agency”, where he, along with his new and dangerous friends, solves cases that are beyond the reach of ordinary police.
