Rent-a-Girlfriend Season 5 Episode 4

Despite being on a family trip to a spa resort, Kazuya Kinoshita doesn't seem to be able to move forward with his rental girlfriend, Chizuru Ichinose. After receiving strange signals from Chizuru, Kazuya decides to return to Tokyo and put an end to this fake relationship once and for all. Meanwhile, Kazuya's ex-girlfriend, Mami Nanami, is determined to expose Chizuru's true identity. Mami suddenly exposes their fake relationship in front of everyone, causing a commotion among Kazuya's family and friends. Now Kazuya will have to take some big step immediately to save his honor and relationships.
