The Royal Diana Academy is a place where only the most accomplished wizards are admitted. Graduates either excel in their careers or work directly for the royal family. Spica Virgo shares this dream—she aspires to become a top-class sorceress like her idol, the famous magician Claude Sirius. Claude was the youngest teacher at the academy, but then suddenly disappeared. Spica has neither a strong recommendation nor enough experience to be able to attend the academy. But her luck changes when she meets a talking black cat with mysterious magical powers. Spica begs the cat to let her become his apprentice so she can enroll in the academy. The cat agrees on one condition—Spica must find a way to break the “curse” of becoming a cat. The odds are many, but Spica is willing to do anything to learn from this unique master.
